Will is a serial entrepreneur, health care provider, speaker, and author. At 17, he fell off of a mountain breaking both arms and legs. His exposure to the medical field led him to becoming a physical therapist. Later, he became a private practice owner and built a company to multiple locations prior to exiting at 3 times the national average. Today, he teaches others the lessons he learned from decades of practice and hundreds of interviews, hires, and fires. His greatest joy is his wife of 20 years and four sons.

Chuck Schulte

Travis Robbins started his private practice career in 2003 in 200 ssquare feet of space in the back of a chriopractor’s office in Allentown PA. He has since grown that prctice to 5 locations with 2 additional managed services agreement locations serving his community in the Lehigh Valley. He went on to start a coaching and consulting company helping private practice owers in 2017 called Next Level Physical Therapy and later cofounded PhysicalTherapyBilling.com with 7 of his best friends. Helping fellow PT owners learn from his mistakes over the last 20 years is what he loves to do.

She has a proven track record in building high-performing teams and driving growth, starting as a Clinical Director and later as a Partner at Rise Rehab. Following a successful merger, Michelle became Owner and CEO of Rockstar Director, overseeing 10 clinics. A Certified Facilitator of the 6 Types of Working Genius, Michelle now empowers leaders and businesses to thrive with leadership frameworks and strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys floral design and is inspired by her blind dog, Charlie Parker.
